<h2>INTRODUZIONE</h2>
<ul>
<li>Scopo del training è riportare il soggetto GG, 22 aa, 196cm, kg 76 alla pratica sportiva amatoriale della pallavolo.</li>
<li>L’atleta, sofferente di tendinopatia bilaterale rotulea, è stato preso in carico dal ns. centro.</li>
<li>L’intervento ha previsto un periodo di lavoro fisioterapico e, raggiunto un buon livello di ritorno alla funzione, abbiamo intrapreso un training di allenamento della forza nel novembre 2019, in modo da aumentare la capacità di carico di GG, capacità di carico necessaria per un sicuro ritorno allo sport.</li>
<li>L’allenamento della forza ha previsto un utilizzo massivo degli esercizi isometrici (ad esempio l’esercizio Spanish Squat) pre- allenamento sportivo, secondo quanto proposto da J. Cook e un training isoinerziale con Desmotec D-full, in modo da migliorare la risposta eccentrica di GG, importantissima negli atterraggi da salto, situazione molto frequente (e ad alto impatto) nella pallavolo.</li>

<li>Al termine del ciclo presso il nostro centro all’atleta è stato consegnato un programma di esercizi da svolgere 5 volte la settimana e prima di ogni allenamento sportivo.</li>
<li>Purtroppo, in seguito al COV19 non è stato possibile completare i test di controllo con i test isometrici finali.</li>

<div class="vc_custom_heading_wrap "><div class="heading-text el-text" ><h2 class="h1 text-uppercase" ><span>TRATTAMENTO</span></h2><div><p>Nei primi mesi, l’obiettivo principale era quello di eliminare qualsiasi forma di dolore a riposo e durante la fase di deambulazione. Quindi, sono stati introdotti alcuni esercizi specifici incentrati sulla contrazione oltre che sulla fase isometrica, usando dispositivi D.Line e V.Line. Il paziente ha iniziato un ciclo di tre sessioni di allenamento a settimana, utilizzando i dispositivi Desmotec e alternando queste sessioni con allenementi di running. Dopo le prime due settimane, il paziente ha quindi iniziato un macro-ciclo di 24 sessioni incentrato sul lavoro di forza, uno e due gambe in posizione squat, utilizzando il dispositivo D.Line, al fine di migliorare la sua forza negli arti inferiori, insieme a mono-esercizi articolari di trazione dalla posizione prona ed eretta, volti a migliorare la forza selettiva, usando il dispositivo V.Line.</p>
